Smith tries to says in this quote that things that are bad shouldn’t be popular and things that are good should be. For example, Nowadays people love doing what they think is popular. In modern day society what's popular is unhealthy and unsafe. Teens love smoking and they love drinking and staying out late. All because it is popular and almost all kids do it. What they should be doing is helping their parents out and they should be having good grades and being polite. Nowadays the popular kids think its “wack” or “uncool”. When really all the things they do is eventually gonna catch up to them and make them regret ever doing the things they did.

Another example can be that when you try and follow the cool kids you're not really becoming yourself. You're just becoming another one of them. Lets say im a 14 year old girl about to start high school. If i get invited to a party and they offer me drugs there i have 3 choices. Stay with my friends and refuse. Accept and become one of their new drug buddies. Or i can decline and call a parent to come and take me home. Everyone has a choice. What most High School Students don’t think of is that people in HS think popularity is everything, when really it's nothing. You can be in a sport and become popular. There is no need for making bad choices.

Educating the body, mind, and character

This quote by Theodore Roosevelt shows us how our body, mind, and character is the most important part for this nation. The reason its good for our nation is because if you strive for greatness or if you are determined and have a strong mind, healthy body and great character then your the type of person a nation needs to strive. All great leaders are health strong minded brilliant people. They had their own opinions and they made there own great set of rules.For example, Martin Luther King was a great leader. MLK was healthy and Strong minded. He was determined to have equal rights because that what a person deserves. No body should have to look down on others or have to be restricted to certain things in life that isn't the melting pot everyone comes for.

A person who doesn't have a good body, strong mind or great personality shouldn't be frowned a pond just needs encouragement. There are many things we must change in this nation and it all starts on someone working on themselves.

     There are not that many things that i enjoyed about this class. Mainly because i do not like computers. A thing that i have learned in this class is that computers are very resourceful. I didn't know how to use my email or even send a email before i came to this class. I may not like it but it comes in handy. Electronics have come a long way and it looks like they will be here for a while. 

     Another thing that i liked about this class is how easy it is. If you stay focused and do your work you are guaranteed a "A". Plus the Student Success Statements. I love quotes period and i find it extremely easy to respond to them. Although i do suggest that you might wanna put people we know. I understand that you pick people who preach and what not but most of us have no clue who they are and some honestly have no interest. It would be nice to have quotes from novels like "The Fault in Our Stars" or even " The Hunger Games". Something that we are familiar with and can relate more to. Some of us have a hard time responding to the quote you give us and some can't relate at all, and that jeopardizes our grade. 

     3.Yes, I did do my best in this class. I will admit i had days were all i wanted to do or all i did was play. In spit of that i have put in my full 110% because i like to strive in class not just barley pass.

     4.I will be a CTR person most of the time. Sometimes i can not help it and let my anger get the best of me but it never goes to extreme measures. The reason i will be a CTR person most of the time and not all is because just people might think its the right thing to do because there might be more benefits doesn't mean that its what should be done. I get all my obedient lessons from Cinderella

          This quote is meaning to tell us that for those who choose the wrong choices they will always live in constant fear. The reason being constant because have bad choices always comes consequences its inevitable. Those people don't always know what the consequence is though. It might be from a punishment or confiscation to jail or prison time. It will always depend on what the wrong choice you made. For example. Lets say I'm a 21 yr old female who is in college. I have a perfect life a good family, education and job. I also have the world best boyfriend. Despite him being great i still want more so i cheat on him and he finds out. Not only will i loose both guys but ill also add a bad reputation to my name. There will always be consequence's for those who do not make the right decisions.

          Although for the people who make the right choices, that's a differnt conversation. For the people who make good choices they will never have to worry about something for themselves. They will know what to do, when to do it and how to do it. No matter what "it" is. They will never need to worry about there parents being mad or having to worry about what they are gonna do once someone finds out the truth.

           I believe this Quote is trying to inspire us into doing the right thing. I believe Marcus wants us to make the right choices because so many people have made bad choices. I also believe he wants us to be honest at all time.

          Honesty is the key to many things. For example, If you steal or or lie is that being honest? No. When you lie you not only lie to another but you lie to yourself. In some cases a person might lie so much and so good that they start to believe their own lies. If I we're to lie to my parent and get caught i could lose so much. Many people could lose so much. If you lie to your boss, you can lose you job. If you lie to your doctor you might lose your life. And If you lie to your family you might not have anything left.

          Its all about being a good person. Someone who is nice to others. Some people can't lie at all because they know better and for others that all they do. If you don't do the right think and spread words that aren't true you'll be left with nothing. Especially if the lie is so big its unforgivable. In that case you can no chance to redeem yourself.

 This quote is meaning to tell us how to use our time. We must use our time wisely because life is short, so the best way to use it is to always do good. An example of spending your time to do good is donating your time to others. Weather its to go out and help a family member, sibling, or friend. You can also use your time to help out orphanages or help the homeless in soup kitchens. Although you don't have to use your time helping people. You can just stay at home do homework, help out around the house, and don't get into any mischief.

Another example of using your time to do good is to never waist your time wondering "what if" . You can spend your whole life chasing your goal what ever it may be. One of the worst feelings is to wonder what would have happened if you didn't. Set a goal. Then reach your goal. Its simple, if you want to waist your time its up to you. Although why wouldn't someone just spend their time working on themselves first. You cant help someone else out before helping yourself. Its going to come with a bad out come because at the end of the day your problems will still be there.

This quote is implying that if you have a bad name you'll have a bad reputation and that will be what you are known for. Although, if u have a good name and a good reputation more people will be around you more successful people. Having a good name means that your a CTR  person. Not only does it mean you choose the right it also means that your more successful. People who are successful tend to be great in life. When a person is great in life they have way more opportunities than others who choose the wrong. CEO's of corporations want a CTR person not a CTW person.
