I believe this quote shows that lying causes a lot of un-necessary drama. It is true, a lie leads to another and soon your gonna be tired of it. As you get tired and stressed because of all the lies the truth will eventually come out. The truth isn't always so kind because you loose the trust and faith that person had in you. The reason all the trust and faith is gone is because some one decided to become dishonest with one another. No one is gonna believe or trust someone who is known to lie.
In another case you might not get tired of lying. You may be a great liar, for those people i honestly feel pity for you because it goes to show that your not honest with yourself.
Some people might even cover up the whole life, but all it takes is one sentence or question to bring it all back to haunt you. And if you get caught in a lie you will have to face the consequences. Although, some people don't leave it to karma, they like to take matters into there own hands and fight fire with fire.
Lets say you have a girlfriend and you recently found out she was cheating on you after 3 years of being together. You know of her affair but you don't let her know that you know what she's been up to. So you decide to make her feel the way you felt when you found out and cheat on her to. So she comes in your bed room and finds you with another women of course shes hurt and then you tell her why you did it. And to your surprise it was a huge misunderstanding. .. But it's to late..
After that trust and bond is broken its almost impossible to get it back. Its almost impossible because that other person will always remember being hurt even though they might not remember what was the action that hurt them.
